Reflex Integration
What is Reflex Integration?
The Svetlana Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration Approach (MNRI) is often called “The Missing Link”. When primary archetypal movements, reflexes, and tactile information are not easily processed due to developmental challenges, aging, trauma, or brain disorder, our basic building blocks to ordered movement are missing. Our ability to sustain our experience of self, movement, and an organizing inner world relating to our social or work situations and in our environment, are unavailable or stressed. HANDLE learning activities themselves may need deeper tactile support through MNRI.
Susanna has studied reflex patterning integration through Janet Oliver at Plan For Learning, and also through Stacey Patterson’s Organized Mind HQ. She has worked with Svetlana Masgutova’s resources for the last 8 years and is now a Core In-Training member at the Masgutova institute.
Reflex Integration is a building block in Sensory and Structural Integration and is incorporated into all movement work in your personalized program.
